The 4 Steps To Health, Wealth And Happiness

Everyone, no matter where they are situated on the globe, wants to feel as though they are happy, healthy and wealthy. The desperation of MILLIONS of people (if not billions...) to acquire this trinity of success leads often to a life of misery and despair, but I am here to tell you that suffering isn't necessary. That isn't to say that achieving your goals will not have its painful moments, however you can certainly avoid the cloud of uncertainty most people fight and eventually succumb to.

How is it done???

There are 4 steps to the life of your dreams. No matter if you're broke in your moms basement or a multimillionaire with a failing marriage these 4 key points can and will bring your dream life into picture if you  have the willpower to stick with it.

The first of these 4 steps is your body. Your body is the centre of everything. It holds your brain, organs, blood, muscle and everything else that makes you who you are. I can guarantee you are not taking sufficient care of your body or pushing it enough.

Secondly, your mind. The wonderful computer within you that controls everything from your dating life to your favourite foods and your business. If you don't use this marvel of nature correctly you will be trapped in depression and anxiety no matter  how far you manage to stumble in your brief lifetime.

The third, potentially most important part of a perfect life is relationships. Not just dating but all relationships, whether with your mother and father or your wife or husband. Relationships are make or break when it comes to your happiness and success.

Finally, my favourite, business. Like it or not business is essential to a care free, wealthy life. I know many people are afraid of being involved in business but I assure you it is easier to earn 10x your current income working for yourself than it is to work your 9-5 (you'll even thank me for encouraging you :) ).

Body

The first action to take in creating a happy life is taking care of your body. Exercise everyday. Eat good foods everyday. Picture your ideal self and their daily routine. Do they delay exercise or do they make sure they dedicate time each day to look and feel the best they ever could? The only way to reach the same point your ideal self has is to make sure you act the same as they do.

If you are just starting out this will be hard. Fat or skinny, this will take an incredible amount of discipline to stick with but I can promise and personally vouch for the drastic improvement in your health, mood and productivity. Not only that but if you can learn to go through the discomfort of pushing your body everyday what's to say you couldn't do the same in other areas of your life? That is why your body is the perfect place to start in becoming your ideal self. You will learn discipline, how to handle discomfort and how to delay gratification by working consistently for months on end to look and feel how you've always wanted to.

Mind

This second action is once again vital. Sure, you could become successful without much knowledge and with terrible mental health but I will personally guarantee the tower will fall. Mental health and knowledge are the foundations supporting your empire. They hold up your family life, your business, your moods and almost anything else you could come up with.

Now these actions may not be enough for everyone as some mental health problems run much deeper and would require a professional. I am also aware many people will believe their mental health is perfectly fine but how could that be true if you're unable to take action towards the life you want without quitting at the first hurdle?

The best initial steps to take to organising your mind are meditation and journalling. Journalling will be incredible for coming to terms with your thoughts, emotions, wants and needs but even deeper than that it can help you uncover and handle past trauma. Using journalling to discover who you want to be, your faults, your strengths and much more is an excellent start to discovering who you are and how you will become a better you. Meanwhile, meditation is an essential part of human existence. If you have never meditated, you will feel it is pointless in the beginning. You NEED to push through this. Meditate everyday and I promise on the day it works you will regret not starting sooner. Meditation helps you gain presence. In a world of social media I think everyone could do with a little more presence and a lot less escapism.

(If you do wish to go a step further I would also recommend you read everyday to be strengthening your mind and gaining new knowledge every day, however I understand, starting off, these activities do not show immediate benefit, so I'll leave the extras up to you.)

Relationships

Relationships. Arguably one of if not the most important factor in a successful life. Now to clarify, this doesn't just apply to your dating life but every aspect of your life. These rules stretch to fathers who abandoned you, friends who ridiculed you and anyone else you could possibly imagine. The reason I believe relationships may be the most important factor is that you can go nowhere if you cannot get along and remain calm with people.

This section is much harder to give actionable advice on without knowing your specific situation so I will use examples of this to give you understanding. In dating, schedule a date night every week, no matter if you've argued. Get your partner flowers once a month. Have a consistent movie night. As much as this is all common ideas they truly add up and become meaningful when you learn to show your care and respect for your partner no matter how you feel or if you've argued. The same things can be switched to an abandoning father. Let go of your anger with him and be the person who initiates that talk. Be the person who shows compassion and organise to do something with him. The premise for this is to not hold on to anger. Learn to disperse it and solve the issue at hand if you want to lead a happy, healthy life.

Business

I know, I know! You don't want to run a business. You're oh so happy spending 60 hours a week at work. YES! 60! Oh, you only work 40 hours? Add in the time you spend getting ready and commuting and it's almost definite it comes closer to 60 hours than 40. So... if you still believe you're happy in your job and it isn't leaving you drained and using bad habits to cope why are you here reading this? WAKE UP! Inflation is rising faster than wages so, no matter if you realise it or not, you are getting poorer every single year that you chase a promotion. What can you do? Start a business!

First off, I'll let you in on a secret. Business is NOT hard! It may seem that way but in reality it is the simplest thing in this world and it's purely your thoughts stopping you from doing well. I'm not talking about anything wishy washy. The simplest rule of business is to do the obvious for an uncommonly long time. Want to be a YouTuber?  Make a video everyday for 5 years and you will be there. Want to start a clothing line? Work on designs and growing your social media everyday for 5 years and you will be there. It is really that simple! It's worked for me and I am by no means the sharpest tool in the shed.

As I can't predict what type of business you would want to run I will give you a broad plan for the current era of the internet.

                  1) Choose your niche and business model.

                  2) Workout the 5 or 6 necessary daily tasks.

                  3) Complete these tasks everyday for 3-5 years.

4) Sit back and be amazed by your knew social following and monetary success.

                  5) Thank me for letting you know all you need is discipline. :)

Go forth and win!

These 4 seemingly unrelated areas all come together to create a healthy body, mind, soul and business. If you're sceptical, do as I have said for 2 weeks and tell me you don't see an improvement!

Bonus tip: For everything in this article I have said to do it everyday. That is the secret! Routine builds habits. These are good habits to have and they will make you the best version of yourself. The better man.
